Note: By placing a link to a site of an individual and group I am not endorsing 100% of its content, however I approve enough to link to said website.  Furthermore, while many of these websites are Northern Tradition, some are not.  I acknowledge the validity of other Paths and feel people should have options in Paths that speak to them.

STALK ME ON THE INTERNET

my WordPress: Vanic Thoughts
This is a public blog where I keep record of my spiritual progress.  It's pretty new (started November 2008) but I hope to have some good stuff there soon.

my personal LiveJournal
This is my personal online journal.  I don't mind if you friend me, although keep in mind my LJ serves a different purpose than this site and my public blog.

Vanic Folk
The LiveJournal community for Vanatruar or people who at least appreciate the Vanir/want to know more... while this is not a Kindred or org, it's just a forum, I think getting a discussion going is good.  I'm one of the mods/maintainers (natch), if you're on the Eljay you can go check it out.

Gifts of the Golden God
My devotional anthology for Frey, let me show you it.

Skidbladnir Kindred
This is my local Kindred; site is under construction, inquire within for more details.

The Orange County Heathen Meetup Group

My Wikipedia User Page
LOOK AT ME I'M WHITE AND NERDY

LastFM
My tastes in music, let me show you them.

Feel free to "patronize" my Cafe Press store, which I set up for the lulz.  Buy this crap and you, too, can be a Real Authentic Heathen-y Sort of Pagan (TM), stamped with the Siggy Seal of Approval (TM)! Act now, before the Catnarok!  If you don't, you're Doing It Wrong (TM)!

MERCHANTS

Asphodel Press
Producing high-quality niche books about the Gods and paths less travelled.

Bones and Flowers
An occult and Pagan supplier in Worcester, MA.  I have personally been inside this store and am very satisfied with the items I got and the service.

Trollwise Press
Thor and Audrey Sheil's books on various Heathen and Pagan subjects, magickal and mundane (which are quite good; I own Road to Bifrost).

Mooncat Creations
Handmade jewelry, sold non-for-profit with proceeds benefitting the Cats Are Us no-kill shelter in Clarksville, Tennessee.  Jewelry!  And kittehs!  I'm sure Freyja approves.  ;P

Ragnar's Ragweed Forge
I've personally done business with them (most notably with my Frey pendant) and am very pleased.  Large selection of jewelry and more, good quality, good service.

Crafty Celts
This is an endorsement from my other half, who bought a boar pendant through them.  Personally, I'm kind of drooling over the stained glass...

Botanical
For herbal products, and information.

Magical Omaha
There is some good stuff here, including runic soap and candy molds.

Anglo-Saxon Books
We own quite a few of their titles and could easily buy everything in stock.

INFORMATION

Elhaz Ablaze
A fascinating website of a group of Heathen mystics, with their collected writings on runes, seidh, magic, martial arts and of course, Heathenism.

Daven's Journal
This is the best site I have ever seen on Wicca/Paganism.  Honestly, Daven's site was a huge inspiration on mine, although the two are (obviously) on different aspects of Paganism.  But even if you're not Wiccan or a Druid, there's something here for everyone.

Hedgewitch Hollow
Information on hedgewitchery and more!

Jewitchery
For Jewish Witches and Witchy Jews!

Wicca for the Rest of Us
This is a site I would encourage my Wiccan readers to see if they have not done so already, and also those who come here with the assumption that "Wicca = fluffy".  Here is a breath of fresh air on the Pagan Intarwebs.

The Problem of Pagan Bullying
Everyone involved in a Pagan religion (whether it's Wicca, Druidism, Heathenry, Hellenismos, WHATEVER) needs to see this site.  Pagans are not necessarily more tolerant or sane, and I've had... *cough*... some experience with the issue.  FYI, this is not one of my sites, but it's good.

Viking Answer Lady
Want to know how the Heathens REALLY felt about homosexuality?  Witchcraft?  Things that make Republicans scared?  I love this site!

Orkneyjar: The Heritage of the Orkney Islands
Information on the cultural traditions of the Orkney Islands, including interesting bits about Odin and etin-like beings.

Finnish Paganism
Because the Finns seem to have a lot of overlap with Norse tradition (and probably many of our Gods), yet are not wanky about it, I have included this site here -- glean what you will.

An Introduction to the Sami People
A site by Sami people, about Sami people.

MUSIC

Eddan
The composer Mats Wendt has put together some breathtaking music inspired by Norse mythology, a symphonic suite in 158 parts (approximately 16 hours long).  Chapter 08 is my favorite for obvious reasons ;)

Nebelhexe
Andrea Haugen's music and writings.

Adjagas
A Saami group from Norway.  "Mun Ja Mun" is one of my favorite songs.

Mari Boine
Another Saami artist from Norway.

Björk
The official site of Björk, which needs no explanation.
